Quando piove, quale migliore soluzione se non rifugiarsi in un museo? Studiando architettura non potevo lasciarmi scappare prima di ricominciare le lezioni il nuovo museo di Milano che negli ultimi tempi riscuote tanti consensi: il “museo del ‘900” all’Arengario. Devo ammettere che nonostante la giornata uggiosa la bellezza del museo si è rivelata sorprendente. All’interno infatti le opere sono illuminate prevalentemente attraverso la luce naturale che invade le stanze attraverso enormi vetrate che regalano vedute inedite e impensabili sulla ormai troppo banalizzata piazza del duomo… e quale sorpresa trovarsi difronte a opere esaltate nella loro bellezza da una luce così naturale. Premetto che non mi piace fare fotografie nei musei, adoro concentrarmi e lasciarmi invadere dall’atmosfera che mi circonda, ma vista la possibilità non ho potuto frenare il mio entusiasmo e farmi prendere dalla voglia di condividere con voi tutto questo, regalandovi solo un assaggio di quello che è un museo diverso e che che vale davvero la pena di essere scoperto! Fino a fine febbraio, l’opportunità è stata prolungata di un mese, l’ingresso è gratuito… NON PERDETE TEMPO!
When otside is raining and the weather is cold and wet, why not go and visit a museum? So yesterday I decided to go to the new incredible museum in Milan, The “XX century museum” in piazza del Duomo, just next to the Royal palace. Even though the weather wasn’t so good the museum didn’t let me down… it was incredible mainly because paintings and sculptures were enlighted by natural light that gives them a different and more real beauty. This light comes in through big full-length windows that let you see beautiful foreshortenigs of the square and the cathedral. Actually I don’t like taking pictures in museums, I love being sorrounded by the atmosphere and being concentrated, but I thought it was my duty to show you this incredible museum. Until the end of february it’s free entrance… If you’re in Milan…. POP IN!!!!
